Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) to join our team at our Tinton Falls, NJ location./ppAs a Sales Lead for Jockey, you will provide excellent customer service following Jockeys service principles focusing on the achievement of store goals and maximizing sales. In addition, you will provide management assistance with opening and closing of store. All part time employees earn Paid Time Off (PTO) and generous discounts and incentives!/ph3Job Expectations/h3ulliDemonstrate behavior that reflects Jockeys core values and culture./liliEstablish positive relationships with co-workers and guests, assuring high productivity and inclusiveness in accomplishing satisfaction goals./liliProvide feedback, coaching and direction to the store team./liliProvide a warm, sincere greeting to all guests, including current promotional message and suggestive selling./liliEngage all guests to identify their needs and utilize product knowledge to offer solutions and meet their needs./liliPromote company programs (i.e., Rewards participation, satisfaction guarantee, etc.)/liliPromote awareness and excitement to grow Jockey Rewards membership/liliAssist in driving all aspects of store level sales, goals and profitability./liliPerform various sales and register transactions including ringing purchases, processing of cash or credit payments and counting money./liliAct as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Management including opening and closing the store in accordance with Jockeys policies./liliAssist with merchandising (stock, markdowns, visuals) of product in the store, in adherence to established visual standards./liliProtect the security of cash, inventory and other company assets according to policies and procedures./liliEnsure adherence to all Jockey policies and procedures./liliMaintain a safe and clean work environment./liliSupport hiring and recruiting efforts/liliOther job duties as assigned/li/ulh3Qualifications Required/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliMust be 18 years of age or older./liliExcellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills./li/ulh3Preferred/h3ulli1 year of management experience/liliThree years of retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary guest service and sales./li/ulh3Physical Demands/Working Environment/h3pAbility to move 25 pounds. Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolong standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and ascending / descending ladder to stock and merchandise store. Ability to work with/around cleaning chemicals./ppPay Range: $17.50-$18.80/hr/ppJoby International provides salary ranges for positions on job advertisements based on state and local requirements.
