Creator Content Manager (Pregnancy & Parenting) BabyCenter and What to Expect are seeking a Creator Content Manager to drive influencer marketing and talent initiatives that expand our reach, deepen trust, and amplify authentic parent voices. This role is based in our New York City office on a hybrid schedule. Job Description This is a hands‑on role where you’ll source and manage creators, oversee collaborations end‑to‑end, and act as the link between our social and editorial teams on talent‑driven content. You’ll bring creative ideas and sharp execution skills to help build programs that resonate with parents everywhere. Key Responsibilities Influencer Marketing Develop and execute influencer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and registrations. Source, screen, recruit, and onboard creators and experts who fit brand priorities and audience needs. Draft scopes of work for collaborations, including deliverables, rights, timing, and payment terms. Maintain ongoing relationships with creators, providing briefs, coaching, and feedback on content. Talent Recruitment & Development Recruit and nurture diverse voices to feature across BabyCenter and What to Expect platforms (apps, websites, newsletters, and social). Support programs like BabyCenter Advisors, ensuring contributors are engaged and aligned to brand values. Partner with branded content team to manage creator rosters, rates, and performance notes. Cross‑Team Collaboration Act as the conduit between social and editorial teams, ensuring influencer and talent‑driven content is integrated seamlessly. Monitor the creator landscape to identify new talent, surface emerging trends, and update best practices. Track performance of influencer and talent programs, share results with stakeholders, and recommend optimizations. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or community development, preferably in parenting, lifestyle, or health categories. Ability to work in our New York City office 2 days a week. Proven ability to build and scale influencer programs and manage talent relationships. Strong understanding of the social media landscape and influencer economy. Exceptional communication and relationship‑management skills. Strategic thinker with strong executional chops and project management skills. Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making data‑driven recommendations. Passion for supporting parents and families through authentic, diverse voices.
