LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Assistant with 2 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY. Responsibilities: Provide day to day operational and administrative support to the Executive Sales Manager across all account management activities. Prepare meeting materials, attend sales meetings, capture detailed notes, and translate discussions into clear and actionable follow up items. Manage the full product sample lifecyclefrom request, tracking, shipment, and returnensuring accurate documentation throughout. Oversee the end to end order lifecycle, including item setup, data entry, and delivery tracking, maintaining a 99% accuracy rate in all records and submissions. Complete and submit item setups for retail partners through portals and spreadsheets, ensuring all specifications and fields are fully correct prior to submission. Utilize PLM systems and customer portals to manage product data, monitor deadlines, and track status updates. Review all purchase orders for accuracy, validating dates, quantities, pricing, and terms before approval. Maintain and update Excel master tracking sheets with zero avoidable errors to support clear visibility of order status. Ensure timely, consistent, and professional communication with internal teams and external customers, with all correspondence properly documented.
