Xylem Water Sales and Services is hiring a Senior Sales Representative to manage and grow a well-established territory within Xylems Light Industry Division. We provide cutting-edge water treatment solutions for high-purity and wastewater applications across a variety of industries. In this role, you will work directly with clients to specify and sell tailored water treatment solutions, with a strong emphasis on Xylems preventative maintenance services. Basic knowledge of water treatment systems and methods. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Extensive knowledge of water treatment methods including water softening, carbon filtration, reverse osmosis, UV purification, and deionization. Adjacent industry experience could include chemical water treatment for boilers, cooling towers and chillers./ppThe total on target compensation for this position is $140,000 to $170,000(base plus sales incentive), as well as a company vehicle. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
