We are seeking a friendly and supportive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cleveland, United States. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining our company's reputation for excellent service. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally Providing accurate information about our products and services Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary Staying updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills Qualifications include: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging customer situations Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to customer service Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Flexible schedule, as weekend and evening shifts may be required Additional Information: At Domino's, we are a brand of honesty, transparency, and accountability and we want exceptional people like you to join our team!
