Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and supportive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cleveland, United States. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining our company's reputation for excellent service.

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally

Provide accurate information about our products and services

Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency

Process orders, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary

Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills

Qualifications: Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging customer situations

Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to customer service

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience preferred

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Flexible schedule, as weekend and evening shifts may be required
