We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative What we bring to you: Compensation structure: Starting salary of $55,000 plus monthly commission Woodgrain pays 75% of medical, dental and vision insurance401k matching. PTO (2 weeks + 8 Paid Holidays and 1 Floating Holiday) Perks such as tuition reimbursement and large discounts off Woodgrain products Onsite position: Monday-Friday: 7:30AM-5:00PM What our Inside Sales Representative does: Works with customers to convert inbound inquiries into actual sales. Overcomes technical and business objections for prospective customers. Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained. Estimates date of delivery to customer based on product knowledge, order processing, and production and delivery schedules. Prepares reports of business transactions What you need to have: Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent, preferred. 1 to 2 years related industry experience and/or training. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships over the phone preferred. Proficient in MS Office preferred.
