Job Description:
  • Seeking a Graphic Designer to support the Diabetes Care Hospital & Government Channel Marketing team, creating compliant, on-brand marketing materials for healthcare professionals and institutional customers in a medical device/pharma environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing materials including flyers, brochures, presentations and other collateral for Hosp/Gov channels.
  • Apply established brand guidelines consistently across all designed assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to understand project objectives and take direction to turn concepts into effective visual solutions.
  • Adapt complex medical and product information into clear, visually engaging layouts suitable for healthcare audiences.
  • Manage multiple design requests, prioritize workload, and meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Prepare files for both digital and print use, ensuring technical accuracy and production readiness.
  • Communicate effectively (oral and written) with marketing stakeholders to gather feedback and refine materials.

Must Have:
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting marketing or communications teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe InDesign plus broader Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Proven experience designing marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, presentations) in a Mac iOS environment.
  • Prior experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or broader healthcare industry design.
  • Formal education in graphic design or a closely related design discipline.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint and Word) for template-based materials and presentations.
  • Ability to learn and rigorously apply corporate brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to incorporate feedback constructively.

Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience working with Diabetes Care or other related marketing teams in healthcare.
  • Portfolio showcasing healthcare or medical device campaigns aimed at hospital/government or institutional customers.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in medical device/pharma marketing materials.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional settings with product, regulatory, or medical affairs teams.
