Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Client Relations Coordinator to streamline our daily administrative operations and assist clients in navigating their legal options. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and other communications.
  • Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Meet monthly performance goals.
  • Record information accurately as needed.
  • Welcome clients and visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Update paperwork, maintain documents, and assist with word processing tasks.
  • Help keep office common areas organized and tidy.
  • Perform general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment as necessary.
  • Assist with client reception when needed.
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
  • Accurately schedule clients on the calendar.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned based on departmental needs.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Technologically proficient and eager to learn new software systems.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Minimum of one year experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Good understanding of clerical operations including recruiting, onboarding, training, and compensation.
  • Knowledge of record-keeping principles and procedures.
  • Strong grasp of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM or more.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Goal-oriented and accountable for achieving targets.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • At least one year of office experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

Meneses Law promotes a healthy work-life balance, with operating hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and requires availability for two Saturdays a month for certain positions. As a Client Relations Coordinator at Meneses Law, you will enjoy:
