We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Client Strategy Lead to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance client success, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to key clients, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of innovative, client-focused solutions in a fully remote environment.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive client strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships

Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver client‑centric solutions, programs, and initiatives

Conduct strategic planning sessions, account reviews, and performance analyses with clients

Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross‑selling within existing client accounts

Analyze client engagement, satisfaction, and business impact, providing actionable insights to leadership

Prepare executive‑level presentations, reports, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders

Mentor and guide junior client management team members on best practices and strategic approaches

Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in client strategy, account management, consulting, or professional services

Proven track record managing large client accounts and delivering strategic business outcomes

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders

Proficiency with CRM platforms, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and lead remote teams effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B or professional services sectors

Familiarity with digital strategy, business transformation, or marketing analytics

Leadership experience managing client‑facing teams or strategic projects

Compensation

Annual Salary Range: $130,000 – $180,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications
