We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to support sales and business development efforts by scheduling qualified appointments between prospective clients and sales representatives. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for potential customers, ensuring accurate information exchange and effective calendar management in a fully remote environment.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and online communication platforms

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather relevant information

Schedule appointments, consultations, or demonstrations for sales representatives

Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in CRM systems

Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion

Meet or exceed appointment-setting targets and performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, or call center environments

Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Comfortable conducting outbound and inbound calls in a professional manner

Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling tools

Ability to work independently and productively in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in B2B, healthcare, real estate, or professional services appointment setting

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets

Familiarity with sales pipelines and lead qualification processes

Compensation:

Annual Base Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 USD

Performance-Based Incentives: Commission or bonus structure based on appointments set and conversion metrics
