Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Director of Business Development to lead our expansion into the 503A and 503B compounding, medical wellness sectors . You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with specialized pharmacies to scale our portfolio of high-demand medical wellness and metabolic health products .
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Access: Identify and secure long-term partnerships with 503A/B compounding facilities.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales of our specialized wellness and injectable product lines (including advanced peptides and metabolic therapies).
- Compliance Leadership: Ensure all business activities align with FDA compounding regulations and state board requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in the medical wellness and longevity space to identify new product opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in pharmaceutical sales or BD, with a proven track record in thecompounding pharmacy (503A/B), medical wellness space .
- Network: An existing book of business or deep relationships within specialized pharmacy networks.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the clinical applications of metabolic health and wellness therapies.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
