We are seeking a high-caliber
Director of Business Development to lead our expansion into the
503A and 503B compounding, medical wellness sectors . You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with specialized pharmacies to scale our portfolio of high-demand
medical wellness and metabolic health products . Key Responsibilities
Strategic Access: Identify and secure long-term partnerships with 503A/B compounding facilities. Revenue Growth: Drive sales of our specialized wellness and injectable product lines (including advanced peptides and metabolic therapies). Compliance Leadership: Ensure all business activities align with FDA compounding regulations and state board requirements. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in the medical wellness and longevity space to identify new product opportunities. Requirements
Experience: 7+ years in pharmaceutical sales or BD, with a proven track record in the compounding pharmacy (503A/B), medical wellness space . Network: An existing book of business or deep relationships within specialized pharmacy networks. Knowledge: Strong understanding of the clinical applications of metabolic health and wellness therapies. Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
