Location: New York, NYJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $60 - 70 per hourWe are looking for a Global Customer Advocacy & Communications Manager to bridge the gap between product innovation and real-world impact. In this role, you will be the lead storyteller responsible for sourcing, developing, and landing powerful customer success stories across our blogs, social channels, and top-tier media outlets.You will act as a strategic partner to our customers, cultivating proactive pitch ideas and maintaining a steady drumbeat of press outreach to evangelize our major milestones. Beyond writing, you will project manage a global pipeline of advocates, ensuring their voices are integrated into product launch plans to bring our technology to life. Working cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and product teams, you will build deep relationships with influencers and press while managing the measurement and reporting that proves the value of our advocacy program.
