We are seeking a
Sales Administrative Assistant
to support our growing sales team. This full‑time
in‑office position

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure efficient daily workflow.
Maintain office operations and uphold internal organizational standards.
Assist with document preparation, proofing, and distribution for various sales materials.
Cross train with marketing on trade shows, hotel bookings, and other marketing duties as assigned.
Job Duties
Document Preparation & Quality Assurance
Review, edit, and proofread sales proposals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional quality.
Prepare and distribute Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to clients.
Coordinate and send proposal packages via email in a timely and polished manner.
Maintain and update Microsoft Office and Adobe templates to support consistent branding.
Organization & Workflow Support
Assist with maintaining accurate, organized electronic files and document libraries.
Perform database entry and updates as needed.
Support general office duties related to sales operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to be a collaborative team player.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong command of grammar, spelling, editing, and proofreading.
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organizational and process‑oriented mindset.
Experience reviewing proposals, contracts, or technical documents.
Experience with document development, formatting, and version control.
Basic database entry skills.
Familiarity with cloud‑based document management or file‑sharing systems (preferred, not required).
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in an engineering, construction, professional services, or technical environment.
Experience supporting a sales or business development team.
