Seeking an ambitious, resourceful, hard-working team member to join CIVIC as an Account Coordinator based out of our NYC office to support one of our top brand accounts. In this role, you’ll help lead daily account operations, support the coordination of our creative team for ongoing projects and own day to day project management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll work with the Account Team to: Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure internal alignment across workstreams Assist in preparation for internal and client meetings, including creating and editing presentations, agendas and preparing business briefs as needed Participate in client calls and brainstorm sessions, take notes, and distribute recaps and next steps Assist in the development of internal communications plans Foster strong working relationships across internal teams (creative, production, strategy) Conduct cultural industry research and competitive audits Gather references and support creative concepting decks Manage team calendars, travel coordination, expense reports, and organization across platforms Ensure accurate file management and knowledge sharing across the team Build strong relationships with clients and partners Track expenses and invoices, manage corporate cards, reconcile budgets Track and analyze performance metrics EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Experiential or Agency Environments (internships count) Resourceful problem-solver with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Strong Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills Strong research skills and resourcefulness in providing solutions to complex requests Interest in marketing, communications, PR and the automotive industry Occasional travel may be required on a case-by-case basis CIVIC COMMUNITY AND CULTURE BENEFITS:
