Product Marketing Manager, Prime Video Subscriptions Partner Marketing

Job ID: 3168050 | Amazon.com Services LLC Prime Video is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will drive our mission of becoming the premier destination for live sports and entertainment. In this role, you will develop and scale marketing for subscriptions on Prime Video, the service that lets you add-on subscriptions like Paramount+, HBO Max, Apple TV, Peacock, and more. You will support the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that shape how customers discover and engage with third-party entertainment content on Prime Video. A successful candidate is an entertainment enthusiast with a strong record of collaborating across internal and external teams to deliver compelling marketing campaigns. The candidate is an effective written and verbal communicator and analytical thinker who can combine entertainment subject matter expertise with data to drive campaign improvements. An ideal candidate has experience managing complex, time-sensitive projects, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to balance multiple and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Implement high-visibility marketing campaigns for third-party subscription entertainment content on Prime Video.

Define target campaign audiences and identify effective marketing placements.

Analyze success metrics and KPIs; inspect campaigns to ensure a high performance bar.

Create scalable mechanisms to gather stakeholder feedback and alignment.

Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product, Program, Finance, and Business Leaders to improve reach and resonance, advocating for the partner and customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent

Experience in the entertainment industry

Experience working on and delivering end-to-end projects independently

Experience with SQL

Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with detail-oriented execution

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
