The

Sales Support & Enablement Manager

plays a key role in supporting FlatRate Moving’s sales organization by overseeing lead qualification workflows, managing sales schedules and coverage, coordinating internal communication between sales and operations, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for customers throughout their moving journey. The position supports the performance and efficiency of the sales organization by handling client inquiries and ensuring adherence to sales standards and protocols so that customers receive timely, accurate, and consistent support from first contact through booking and move execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in overseeing the Lead Qualification team and ensure timely lead follow-up and conversion

Monitor and upkeep of weekly staffing schedules for Lead Qualification Reps and Sales Reps to ensure full coverage across shifts and channels

Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics, KPIs, and follow-up activity

Support performance by ensuring follow-ups, pipeline management, and close rates are consistently maintained

Client Support & Coordination

Handle inbound customer service/sales inquiries including client assignments, questions, and booking support

Assist in post-booking requests such as service upgrades, inventory updates, and schedule adjustments

Serve as liaison between Sales and Operations to ensure move details are accurate and executed properly

Quality Assurance & Protocol Compliance

Perform call reviews and QA assessments to evaluate rep professionalism, qualification quality, quoting accuracy, and customer experience

Provide feedback to improve performance, consistency, and move quoting and booking efficiency

Ensure adherence to standardized sales processes, duties, pricing rules, and operating protocols

Support VP of Sales efforts on mass outreach campaigns and follow-ups using SMS and email platforms

Surface trends, issues, and opportunities in lead flow, customer objections, or conversion patterns

Ensure customer handoffs between teams are aligned and documented

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

3+ years’ experience in sales operations, inside sales management, client services, or similar

Strong understanding of pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and sales metrics

Excellent communication, organization, and scheduling abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments

Comfortable reviewing recorded calls and giving structured performance feedback

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience in a service-based or logistics-related environment (moving, home services, delivery, hospitality, etc.)

Experience with call center, lead qualification, or inside sales teams

Experience with AI-enabled tools for sales optimization, QA, or customer support
