Account Manager
opportunity with a well-known metal solutions company headquartered in Houston, supporting an established book of business across Texas + Louisiana.

Texas + Louisiana
Bonus:
20% quarterly + 5% year-end
(plus new account bonus)
Car Allowance:
$600/month
(on top of base + bonus)

What You’ll Be Doing This role is heavily focused on
cultivating and expanding existing customer accounts , while also being rewarded for bringing in new business.
Owning and growing an established portfolio of client accounts
Acting as the primary point of contact for customer needs, issues, and requests
Running
business reviews, forecasting, pricing , and
variance resolution
Managing customer activity and pipeline through
CRM
Coordinating internally to resolve delivery, quality, pricing, and account escalations
Reporting account performance + market outlook to commercial leadership
Supporting territory growth strategy and profitable sales expansion
What They’re Looking For
5+ years
of related account management / customer-facing experience
Strong communication + relationship-building skills
Comfort handling pricing conversations, account reviews, and internal coordination
Experience using
Microsoft 365
Business process improvement
experience is a plus
