Account Manager

with a background in

Telecommunications and E-Rate sales

to join our elite, high-producing team. If you are passionate about connecting schools and libraries to the future, we want to talk to you. The Role: Empowering Education through Connectivity You will be the primary advocate for a dedicated base of educational institutions and libraries, ensuring they have the bandwidth and network infrastructure needed to succeed. Account Growth:

Manage and expand an existing portfolio of educational customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell tailored fiber solutions. E-Rate Expert:

Leverage your understanding of the

E-Rate program

to maximize funding opportunities for your clients and navigate the complex application process. Strategic Collaboration:

Partner with our internal ecosystem to coordinate high-impact meetings, lead technical presentations, and develop winning RFP (Request for Proposal) responses. Pipeline Management:

Utilize

Salesforce

to maintain meticulous customer records, track outreach activities, and provide accurate sales forecasting. Relationship Advocacy:

Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at the district and local levels. What You Bring to the Team Industry Experience:

At least

3 years of sales experience in telecommunications

is required. Experience specifically within the educational market is highly preferred. E-Rate Knowledge:

A clear understanding of the E-Rate sales cycle and program requirements. Technical Proficiency:

Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced in using

Salesforce

as a daily sales engine. Soft Skills:

Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills; you should be a "people person" who thrives on building trust. Logistics:
