Overview of the role We are hiring a Customer Account Representative to support services across the country. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy helping customers while ensuring operations run smoothly, this is a long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and service affiliates
Provide updates, answer questions, and resolve issues via phone and email
Serve as the main liaison between customers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
Manage dispatch processes and prioritize service calls effectively
Request and submit proposals for repairs and corrective services
Follow up on completed inspections to ensure timely receipt of reports and invoices
Review work orders, exception queues, and daily task assignments
Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy, including Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amounts
Complete pricing and mark-ups before submitting to Accounts Receivable
Qualifications
A customer-focused mindset and strong relationship-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Experience with work order systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus)
Associate's degree OR at least one year of customer service, work order coordination, or related experience
Ability to interpret business processes, technical documents, and simple regulations
Ability to sit, type, communicate professionally, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
