Overview
Jolly Good Marketing is hiring driven, ambitious graduates to join our Management Trainee Program in Miami, FL. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want more than just a job, they want a career path into leadership.
Our team partners with nonprofit organizations to increase public awareness, donor engagement, and long-term support through high-impact, face-to-face marketing campaigns. As we continue expanding into new U.S. markets, we’re looking for future leaders who are ready to learn, perform, and grow into management.
What You’ll Do As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through hands-on training and real-world responsibilities including:
Representing nonprofit partners through in-person marketing and outreach campaigns
Engaging the public through confident communication and relationship-building
Explaining campaign messaging clearly and professionally
Supporting day-to-day campaign execution, performance tracking, and team goals
Learning leadership fundamentals including coaching, accountability, and team development
Developing the skills needed to lead a team and manage future market expansion
Qualifications This program is designed for motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and grow quickly. We’re looking for:
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people face-to-face
A competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic
Coachability and a willingness to learn
Leadership potential and long-term career interest in management
Bachelor’s degree preferred (especially for recent or upcoming graduates), but not required
