Role Overview We’re hiring a sports-minded, motivated Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Representative to join our Miami team. This is a performance-based role where you’ll work directly with the public at events and community activations, helping nonprofits grow their supporter base and increase donations. This opportunity is ideal for former athletes, team captains, coaches, or anyone with a competitive mindset who wants to build real-world skills in sales, marketing, and leadership. Top performers have a clear path into leadership, account management, and campaign coordination within 6–12 months. What You’ll Do Represent nonprofit and charity partners at live events, community activations, and promotional campaigns Engage face-to-face with potential supporters and clearly communicate campaign messaging Drive donor acquisition and fundraising results through direct outreach and relationship-building Support event setup, logistics, and overall brand presentation Learn sales techniques, marketing strategy, and customer engagement best practices from experienced leaders Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development workshops Track performance goals and contribute to overall team success What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with people face-to-face Sports-minded and competitive attitude (coachability, discipline, and resilience) Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally Positive mindset and strong teamwork skills Interest in causes, charities, and purpose-driven work Availability for occasional evenings/weekends during event activations Reliable transportation preferred Why You’ll Love It Here Paid training provided.
