Tonkin Gresham Honda is looking for a versatile, fast-paced, and customer-focused Parts Counter Sales to join our growing team! This is a key role in our Parts Department, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in accuracy and excellent customer service. Whether you’re helping service technicians get the right parts, managing online parts orders, or assisting a customer at the counter — you’ll play an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

Promptly and accurately assist technicians at the parts counter with parts needed for Honda service and repair orders. Support fast-moving service operations with efficient parts fulfillment. Manage online parts and accessories orders from intake to fulfillment, including shipping and customer communication. Handle wholesale accounts, including taking phone orders, quoting prices, and building relationships with local repair shops. Provide front counter support to walk-in retail customers, offering product knowledge and great service. Receive, stock, and organize inventory with attention to accuracy and detail. Monitor parts levels and help maintain accurate records of stock and movement. Collaborate with the Parts Manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace at all times. Benefits And Compensation

Pay Range: $5000-$7000 per month. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or automotive training a plus Previous experience in automotive parts, retail, or inventory management preferred Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to assist both technicians and retail customers Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computer systems for order entry, inventory management, and online sales Ability to lift and carry parts as needed and work on your feet for extended periods Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver\'s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
