Drive field execution and performance across priority retail doors in the West, ensuring strong in-store standards, sell-through, and brand consistency
Develop and lead the West region field strategy, including door prioritization, coverage planning, and targeted action plans to improve door-level results
Build and maintain strong store-level relationships, partnering with retailer teams to drive visibility, engagement, and results
Lead regional reporting and performance recaps, translating trends and store insights into clear action plans and cross-functional recommendations
Recruit, coach, and develop field team talent, driving performance, readiness, and accountability across the region
Execute and support in-store training and events to drive conversion and customer experience
Track and evaluate ROI across regional investments including coverage, training, and events, adjusting strategy as needed
Maintain a strong in-store presence across priority doors multiple days per week, balancing execution with planning and reporting needs
Responsibilities

Requirements
5-7+ years of field sales experience within the beauty industry, including 2+ years in a Regional Sales Manager (or equivalent field leadership) role
Proven experience driving results within Ulta and Nordstrom, including strong store-level relationships and field execution
Ability to support additional key retail partners (e.g., Bloomingdale\'s, BeautySpace, Erewhon, Credo), adapting approach based on each retailer\'s environment and expectations
Strong sales leadership and performance management skills, with the ability to set priorities, execute focus-door strategies, and improve door-level results
Excellent communication skills, including comfort delivering recaps, performance updates, and action plans to internal and external partners
Analytical and highly organized, with the ability to manage sales reporting, interpret trends, and translate insights into action across a large territory
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to analyze store performance and deliver clear, concise reporting
Proven people leadership experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams with accountability for performance, readiness, and culture
Entrepreneurial, builder mindset with the ability to create structure and scalable field processes
Bachelor\'s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal)
Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position

Work Environment & Travel Requirements
Maintain an in-store/field presence 3-4 days per week across priority doors, with remaining time allocated to planning and reporting
Travel throughout the West territory up to 50% (including overnight stays as needed), with flexibility to increase during key launches and events
Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-market store visits
Work a flexible schedule, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends to support store needs and events
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours), lift/carry up to 25 lbs, and complete computer-based reporting as needed
Operate effectively in busy, customer-facing retail environments and conduct video calls/interviews as part of day-to-day responsibilities
Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-$125,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
