Sales & Account Manager – Lawn Care & Pest Services $60,000 – $90,000+ OTE | Base + Commission Decatur, AL | Full-Time Superior Lawn Care Why This Role: Superior Lawn Care is hiring a driven Sales & Account Manager to grow residential and commercial accounts across lawn care, pest control, termite, and mosquito services. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong earning potential and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Grow revenue across multiple home service lines
Lead, coach, and support sales staff and techs involved in sales
Manage high-value leads, commercial bids, and negotiations
Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching
Track pipeline, close rates, and performance metrics
Partner with marketing on promotions and lead generation
Ensure smooth handoff from sales to operations
Support customer retention, upsells, and cross-sells
What We're Looking For
3+ years of sales or account management experience
Service-based Industry Experience Preferred
Proven track record of hitting sales goals
Comfortable in the field and the office
Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
CRM Experience And Basic Reporting Skills
Valid driver's license
Pay & Benefits $60,000 – $90,000+ total annual compensation (Base salary + commission/bonus; top performers can exceed this range)
