As an

Account Executive , you’ll manage a

full sales and recruitment cycle , partnering with pharmacies and healthcare professionals to deliver staffing solutions that truly make a difference. This is a

100% onsite role in our Oldsmar, FL office

and is best suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-activity environment. What You’ll Do

Help pharmacies across the country stay fully staffed and ready to serve their communities Build and manage relationships with pharmacy leaders and healthcare professionals Develop new business through outbound and inbound sales efforts Manage accounts from initial outreach through placement and ongoing partnership Solve urgent staffing needs with speed, professionalism, and care Collaborate closely with recruiting and sales teammates in the office Track activity, performance, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools Who This Role Is For

You’re ambitious, disciplined, and ready to take ownership of your success. You’re motivated by meaningful work and driven by results. This role is a strong fit if you: Have

1–2+ years of experience in a metric-driven sales role

(inside sales, SDR/BDR, staffing, insurance, or equivalent, etc.) Are comfortable working toward

quotas, KPIs, and activity metrics Want

full-cycle sales ownership , not just lead generation Are confident speaking with decision-makers and negotiating Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, in-office environment Hold a
