Real Estate Paralegal
to join a high-performing legal team in Austin. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong real estate skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to case management. Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys with loan documents, UCC filings, lien searches, and payoff letters Conduct legal research using
Westlaw
and
LexisNexis Assist with real estate matters, acquisitions, dispositions, and loans leases Manage case files and maintain organized documentation systems Communicate professionally with clients, brokers, title companies, and government offices Ensure accuracy and compliance with firm procedures Prepare closing checklists, assemble closing binders, and manage estoppel requests Qualifications
3+ years
of commercial real estate experience Must have title and survey experience on the buyers side Proficiency with
Westlaw ,
