MGS Salary Range: $42,512 - $43,783 General Statement of Responsibilities: Operate wide format printers and finishing equipment (laminators, cutters, routers, etc.) Produce high-quality signage and display graphics on rigid and flexible substrates Prepare and package large-format print jobs for delivery or installation Install wraps and graphics on walls, floors, and vehicles with precision and care Maintain accurate job tracking and updates in the department's management system Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of print equipment and workspaces Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate services calls when necessary Ensure all jobs meet quality control standards and are completed on time Other duties as assigned Required Abilities and Skills: Strong Computer literacy for job preparation and workflow management Effective communication with diverse stakeholders and decision-makers High attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines Basic math and reading proficiency Quick learner with a proactive approach to skill development Must not be colorblind Physically capable of lifting typical printing materials and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation and a valid Texas Driver's License required Commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance Adherence to safety and quality control protocols Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in Printing Industry Minimum 1 years of experience running wide format equipment Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience installing wall, floor, and vehicle wraps preferred Demonstrated ability to learn and upgrade skills in all printing services Prior experience in a print shop, quick print, or copy business preferred Application Procedure: Apply online at https://www.applitrack.com/risd/OnlineApp/default.aspx?AppliTrackPostingSearch=printer The application must be complete and two electronic reference forms must be received to be considered.
