This is a full-time on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role located in Sarasota, FL. The responsibilities include identifying and recruiting IT professionals for contract and full-time positions, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, and forging and maintaining long-term client relationships. The individual will also handle account management, facilitate hiring processes, and leverage strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and candidates. Qualifications
Expertise in Sales Recruitment and a strong understanding of hiring processes Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including talent sourcing, screening, and onboarding Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and internal teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines Knowledge of IT industry roles and requirements is a plus Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
