Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads and work warm lead ponds
Daily prospecting and follow‑up to build predictable income
Attend coaching and training sessions (scripts, business planning, accountability)
Hold buyer and seller appointments
Use our CRM and technology tools to stay organized and on track
Participate in open houses and brand‑building activities
Qualifications
Full‑time only (no part‑time or hobby agents)
Goal‑oriented — must want to earn $100k+
Must be willing to get your WI real‑estate license
Strong communication and people skills
Coachable, driven, and comfortable with a commission‑only structure
