Summary Full‑time, commission‑based sales position for driven, competitive people who want to earn

$100k+ annually

and grow inside a high‑performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Convert inbound leads using proven scripts and coaching

Make outbound calls to leads & sphere contacts

Attend daily sales huddles and weekly coaching

Follow a structured sales plan

Hold client appointments and build relationships

Use our CRM (Brivity) for daily follow‑up

Participate in team events, open houses & challenges

Build a predictable book of business through consistency
