With a trajectory of growth since 2002, we now boast a presence in over 8 locations across the southern region. An exciting opportunity awaits in our Chattanooga location. Responsibilities
Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience. Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones. Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through the pursuit of strategic processes. Execute outbound calling strategies. Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers. Qualifications
One year experience in sales Background in construction/roofing related field Bilingual in Spanish (required) Advanced Computer Skills Minimum Associates Degree (Not Required) What We Will Offer You
Dynamic work setting within a secure privately held company. Comprehensive Benefits Package Including Monday through Friday (Occasional weekend Events) Unlimited earning potential w/commission! Potential salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year to start Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (eligible 1st of the month after 60 day of service) PTO (32 hours after 90 days of service then another 40 hours after one year) 8 paid holidays (eligible 1st of the month after 60 day of service includes Birthday too) 401(k) (1st of the quarter after 90 days of service) Application Process
