We have partnered with our client, a reputable law firm, in their search for a highly skilled
Personal Injury Paralegal . This role requires an organized, detail?oriented professional who can manage a broad range of responsibilities across case preparation, investigation, client communication, and litigation support. The ideal candidate brings strong writing skills, the ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of personal injury case workflows. Key Responsibilities
Support case investigations by identifying at?fault parties and assessing liability. Communicate directly with clients to gather details on injuries, treatment updates, and financial losses. Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation for damages claims. Evaluate applicable insurance coverage and identify potential liens. Draft demand letters, legal correspondence, and various case documents with strong attention to detail. Prepare cases for settlement, litigation, and trial, including developing exhibits and visual aids. Draft and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and procedural motions. Conduct legal research and manage all case timelines, calendars, and procedural deadlines. Maintain professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, providers, and third parties. Perform accurate data entry and case management in FileVine. Required Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work autonomously and manage a high?volume caseload. Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment. Education & Experience
Associate's Degree, Bachelor\'s Degree, or Paralegal Certificate
required. 3-5 years of personal injury paralegal experience
