Marketing Operations Analyst to own the systems, data, and reporting backbone of ourmarketingengine. This roleensuresour tech stack, processes, and performance insights are reliable, scalable, and aligned to pipeline and revenue outcomes. You’llbe responsible foradministering andoptimizingour marketing tech stack,maintainingclean and trustworthy data, and delivering actionable reporting across MQLs, SQLs,pipeline, and revenue.You’llalso serve as the primary owner of our Qualified platform, helping accelerate inbound lead conversion while supporting sales and business development workflows. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both building systems and turning data into insight —not just reporting whathappened, buthelping teams understand what to do next. What You Will Be Doing: Marketing Operations & Tech Stack Ownership Own and administer the marketing technology stack including HubSpot, Qualified, and supporting tools Manage system configuration, integrations, data flow, and user permissions Partner withRevOps,Salesand IT to ensure clean handoffs and aligned processes Document andmaintainmarketing operations SOPs, workflows, and governance standards Identifyopportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability across marketing processes Data Management & Lead Operations Own lead lifecycle definitions and processes across inbound, outbound, ABM, and events Maintain lead scoring models (demographic, firmographic, and behavioral) Monitor data quality, enrichment, de-duplication, and segmentation standards Ensureaccuraterouting, SLA tracking, and handoff between Marketing, BDRs, and Sales Support experimentation and optimization of lead qualification and conversion strategies Reporting, Analytics & Insights Build andmaintaindashboards andreportingformarketing campaigns and programs from lead to funnel conversion Analyze performance by segment, channel, campaign, persona, and product line Partner with marketing and sales leadership to define success metrics and KPIs Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for action Support forecasting, planning, and quarterly business reviews with data-driven insights Qualified Platform Administration Serve as the primary administrator for Qualified, including playbooks, workflows, and AI configuration Optimizeinbound engagement to drive faster demo scheduling and pipeline creation Monitor performance and adoption across Sales and BDR teams Partner with Sales andRevOpsto evolve inbound experiences over time Ensure reporting and attribution from Qualified is aligned with broader funnel and pipeline reporting Must Haves/Competencies: 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Analytics, or a related role Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (administration strongly preferred) Experience managing or supporting conversational marketing or inbound routing tools (Qualified preferred) Strong understanding of B2B demand generation funnels and MQL → SQL → pipeline metrics Experience building dashboards and reporting for funnel performance and revenue attribution Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and leadership Perks and Benefits: 401(k) with Company match Flexible PTO and Company-paid holidays Remote/Hybrid Work $130,000 - $145,000 DOE About the Company A rapidly growing SaaS company, Arcoro offers proven modular HR solutions for the construction and contracting industries.
