
Responsibilities
Provide marketing support through promoting Credit Union products and services to members and the public
Send requested literature and other materials in a timely manner
Enter marketing information into database, generate reports
Assist with direct mail campaigns and perform basic clerical and support activities
Work with staff to create and implement design concepts tailored to advertising requirements
Present professional designs based on strategic marketing concepts
Provide graphics, images, and designs for brochures, print advertisements, promotional handouts, signs, direct mail pieces, newsletters, multimedia presentations, and the website information page
Ensure the Credit Union’s professional reputation is maintained and projected
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
Knowledge of products and marketing and sales policies
Understanding of Credit Union operations, products, and services
Familiar with mail processing
Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their application in marketing
Basic understanding of tracking social media performance and reporting engagement
Data entry experience
Communicates and works well with others
Preferred
Experience with social media management and basic marketing functions (1-2 years preferred)
Familiar with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) preferred
Neat, well organized, and able to meet deadlines
Solid public relations skills
