About the Job
The Professional Recruiter develops new client relationships through sales calls, presentations, and networking. You’ll build and maintain a strong pipeline of professional candidates and match them with reputable companies across South Central Indiana. Our team operates with clear goals, accountability, and opportunities for growth.

Engineer • Production Supervisor • Accountant • Sales Representative • Operations Manager • HR Leader
What You’ll Do
Business Development & Sales- build and maintain account list through sales activities
Job Order Qualification - understand job duties, skills required and environment
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development - recruiting and sourcing daily to fill matrix
Candidate Qualification & Interviewing – interview, reference check and match to openings
Relationship Building- use consultative approach to build strong relationships, existing and new
