We are seeking a senior consulting leader to build and scale marketing analytics and technology solutions for enterprise clients. This role is designed for someone who can bridge advanced analytics, marketing platforms, and business strategy—helping clients modernize how they acquire, engage, and retain customers through data‑driven marketing. As a senior member of the consulting leadership team, you will advise CMOs, Heads of Digital, and Analytics leaders on marketing transformation initiatives while also owning solution design, delivery quality, and team development. You’ll lead complex engagements that combine customer data, lifecycle analytics, and marketing activation across digital channels. This role blends strategic advisory work with hands‑on platform and analytics expertise, requiring comfort operating at both the executive and delivery levels. Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding marketing analytics and MarTech initiatives that enable personalized customer growth across the lifecycle. Design and implement orchestrated, cross‑channel customer journeys that deliver individualized experiences across owned and paid channels using behavioral, transactional, and real‑time data. Lead the creation of lifecycle programs that personalize onboarding, deepen engagement, reduce churn, and drive reactivation and loyalty. Translate customer data and advanced analytics into scalable personalization strategies, including audience definitions, trigger logic, decision rules, and dynamic content execution using platforms such as Braze and Adobe Experience Cloud. Establish performance measurement and experimentation standards including A/B testing, attribution, and incrementality to continuously optimize personalized journeys and quantify business impact. Partner with data science and engineering teams to embed predictive models, identity resolution, and real‑time personalization into marketing execution. Ensure consistent delivery excellence through strong governance, quality controls, and scalable operating models, while mentoring teams and supporting business development. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, MarTech, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, with substantial consulting and client‑facing experience. Demonstrated success leading marketing analytics and technology initiatives at scale, partnering with senior client stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact. Deep expertise in cross‑channel lifecycle marketing and personalization, spanning onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and loyalty programs. Hands‑on experience implementing and optimizing enterprise marketing platforms, including Braze, Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, Journey Optimizer, Campaign), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar automation and journey orchestration tools. Strong understanding of customer data ecosystems, including data capture, event design, identity resolution, consent management, and multi‑channel activation. Proven ability to design and operationalize data feedback loops, connecting customer interactions, analytics, and experimentation to continuous optimization. Experience embedding advanced analytics and predictive models into marketing execution, including segmentation frameworks, trigger logic, and real‑time personalization. Solid command of measurement and experimentation, including A/B testing, attribution methodologies, incrementality analysis, and ROI measurement. Working knowledge of data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, CAN‑SPAM) and their impact on personalization and activation. Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, including familiarity with HTML, APIs, dynamic content, and marketing platform configuration (hands‑on coding a plus). Strong executive communication and consulting skills, with the ability to lead complex, multi‑workstream engagements. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Preferred Experience

Hands‑on familiarity with REST APIs, Connected Content, Liquid scripting, or similar platform integration tools to support advanced marketing automation and personalization. Exposure to predictive analytics, recommendation engines, or AI‑driven marketing applications that enhance customer engagement and lifecycle outcomes. Experience operating in regulated, data‑sensitive, or complex enterprise environments, with an understanding of compliance, privacy, and security considerations.
