to find a strategic, data-driven

Senior Marketing Manager, Affiliate Partnerships

to lead and scale a high-performing growth channel. This role will own the affiliate ecosystem end-to-end, directly managing relationships with key partners like Credit Karma, Experian, NerdWallet, Even Financial, and others. The channel is a critical revenue driver and key to achieving aggressive year-end growth goals. As both the strategic and executional lead, the Senior Marketing Manager will optimize performance across existing partners, identify and activate new growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and more. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with the opportunity to build and scale a high-performing team as the function grows.

This role is fully remote but candidates must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

What You’ll Do

Own affiliate marketing channel operations, from forecasting and performance tracking to partner management and reporting.

Lead strategy and execution to drive loan origination and revenue growth through affiliate partnerships.

Serve as the primary liaison for affiliate partners, managing relationships, contract negotiations, and performance optimization.

Collaborate across internal teams (Marketing, Product, Risk, Finance, Analytics, Legal, Compliance) to drive cross-functional alignment and results.

Analyze funnel and partner performance data to design and implement rigorous testing strategies.

Contribute affiliate insights to broader marketing efforts to boost overall performance.

Establish and strengthen partnerships to secure early access to beta programs, platform upgrades, and strategic collaboration opportunities.

Stay informed of emerging technologies, competitive landscape changes, and evolving affiliate trends.

Provide detailed forecasts, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Support additional strategic marketing initiatives beyond affiliate growth.

Build and lead a high-performing team, driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Ensure full compliance with all legal, operational, and quality standards in affiliate activities.

What You’ll Bring

7+ years of experience in affiliate, performance marketing, or partnership-driven growth roles, ideally in fintech or lending.

Proven track record managing major platforms like Credit Karma, Experian, NerdWallet, and/or Even Financial.

Direct ownership of revenue-driving channels with accountability for performance, scale, and efficiency.

Experience operating in regulated financial environments with awareness of compliance and legal requirements.

Proficiency with affiliate tracking and attribution platforms to diagnose and optimize performance.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with advanced testing and reporting capabilities.

Demonstrated success in people management and team development.

Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences.

Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Finance, and Analytics teams.

Compensation Base Salary Range:

$145,000–$160,000

Bonus Opportunity:

15% annual bonus based on individual and company KPIs (often exceeds target for top performers)
