Own the full product-led growth motion from first touch to early retention Drive activation, engagement, and revenue impact for content and marketing teams Operate at the intersection of product, data, marketing, and sales What You’ll Do
Lead acquisition, onboarding, and activation funnels for mid-market and enterprise users Build and execute a scalable growth roadmap tied to business outcomes Run continuous experiments across signup, onboarding, packaging, templates, and in-product education Create viral and repeatable growth loops (reports, diagnostics, templates, sharing flows) Partner with Marketing on SEO/AEO and high-intent self-serve acquisition experiences Work closely with Engineering and Design to ship fast, test often, and iterate Align with Sales and Customer Success on trial-to-paid flows, PQLs, and sales-assisted conversion moments What We’re Looking For
5+ years in Product Management, with 2+ years in Growth or PLG roles Proven success improving activation and early retention in B2B SaaS Strong experimentation and analytics background (A/B testing, product analytics, SQL) Experience with onboarding systems, in-product guidance, and lifecycle programs Familiarity with content workflows, SEO, and AI-driven discovery is a plus Excellent communicator with strong cross-functional influence Comfortable prototyping and collaborating in modern product/design tools Location
New York preferred Open to strong candidates based in San Francisco Salary range:
