Position Duties/Responsibilities
Work closely with Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, Product Marketing and Sales teams with copywriting by creating, editing, and delivery of collateral materials, such as blogs, white papers, catalogs, brochures, sales flyers, product launch kits, and email marketing. Assist in executing marketing strategies and globally-aligned campaigns to promote the Antaira brand, products and key features to various vertical market audiences. Tradeshow Coordination: Research, plan and organize tradeshow activities and events including booth selection, completion of show forms, attendee registration, booth preparation, physical shipment processing, booth storage, and pre- and post-show reports. Post-show activities include but are not limited to entering leads into CRM, sending thank-you emails, collecting feedback, and reporting on ROI. Coordinate literature printing, ordering, and shipping needs with local and overseas print houses. Coordinate ordering and delivery of branded apparel for employees. Email Marketing: Create company e-newsletters via MailChimp for monthly newsletters, product launches, quick hit blasts, trade shows, etc. Report on email marketing analytics and share recommendations for improvement, including but not limited to open rates, click rates, click performance, and how to optimize content. Social Media Marketing: Research, craft and schedule content for social media using Hootsuite. Report quarterly on social media performance, trends, analytics and recommendations to grow following and increase engagement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing. Assist with coordinating internal company events, such as Mid-Year Business Meeting and Annual Kick-Off Meeting. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field 2 or more years of experience in Marketing Communications, event / tradeshow coordination, digital marketing and social media, SEO, Google Analytics / Adwords, public relations Experience with various digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to Mailchimp, Hootsuite, SurferSEO, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc. B2B Marketing experience is a plus Knowledge of Netsuite or similar CRM tool is a plus Experience with HTML and CSS code is a plus Strong writing and organizational skills Experience and knowledge of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members at all levels of the company and with external partners Travel may be required for events / tradeshows Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US Human Resources
