
This role focuses on optimizing digital funnels and driving conversion rate improvements for a new project. The position is part-time and fully remote, ideal for a specialist with a strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO). The successful candidate will analyze user journeys, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven strategies to maximize conversion rates. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements and ensure the project achieves its performance goals.
Deliverables
Conduct comprehensive audits of existing funnels to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies
Analyze user behavior data to inform optimization tactics
Create and present actionable reports on CRO performance and recommendations
Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to execute optimization initiatives
Monitor and report on key conversion metrics, providing ongoing insights
Requirements
Proven experience in funnel and conversion rate optimization for digital projects
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRO tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, Hotjar)
Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and digital marketing principles
Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working remotely and managing part-time contract deliverables
