About the Role
We’re a real estate valuatuon and property tax services company seeking a licensed professional to file property tax appeals on behalf of homeowners. No experience in this role is required, but you do need to be licensed as a broker, attorney, appraiser in Ohio or a CPA. You will receive training on how to do this role. This is a contract, part-time position ideal for someone looking to supplement existing work. This job reports directly to the CEO. What You’ll Do
Review property tax appeals using established company processes and documentation Coordinate with internal team on deadlines and filings Requirements
Active Ohio license as a Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Broker, Attorney or has a CPA Reliable and responsive, especially during filing windows Nice to Have
2+ years of experience in property valuation, appraisal, or real estate Experience with residential property tax appeals To Apply:
