The Contribution You’ll Bring To This Role Justrite Safety Group is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to develop and oversee the implementation of the business unit marketing strategy and product marketing in alignment with the company’s goals and values to boost brand awareness and drive growth. The Marketing Manager reports to the business unit leader and works closely with the product manager and sales director to gain a deep understanding of the product range, buyer personas, and market trends. This includes developing content roadmaps, product positioning strategies, messaging that highlights product value propositions, and designing programs, product launches, and events that reach the target audience.
The Marketing Manager will engage with the corporate communications, events and marketing operations teams by providing clear briefs for the creation, production and dissemination of marketing collateral, communications and events with a heavy emphasis on demand generation. They will collaborate with the VP of Strategic Marketing and other business unit marketing managers to create a center of marketing excellence. The role is responsible for achieving communications and marketing mission, goals, and financial objectives, and will establish evaluation systems and report progress.

What You’ll Do At Justrite
Develop and implement a long-term business unit marketing and action plan, identifying target audiences and industries, key value propositions, and distribution channels; measure results to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement with customers, channel partners, and employees.
Understand where marketing and sales professionals get their information today and build partnerships, co-marketing, and programs that generate demand.
Set annual and quarterly marketing goals and monitor performance of brand visibility, lead generation, funnel performance, and engagement.
Design and execute 1:1, 1:Few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments.
Plan the development of all brand publications and content including digital and social media, web and video content, webinars, articles, and whitepapers.
Partner with corporate marketing, communications, events and marketing operations to create external messages and collateral, including press releases, quotes, event scripts, talking points, social media posts, marketing collateral, website content, and other materials; design impactful, content-rich multichannel nurture programs that drive demand and coordinate with sales to support the customer pipeline.
Maintain knowledge of the marketing leads database to identify engagement opportunities.
Product Marketing
Work with product management to develop the product content roadmap detailing campaigns, product launches, and events.
Lead the development and execution of content strategies across business units and campaigns; create high-quality materials for marketing communications including application notes, case studies, white papers, thought leadership articles, webinars, and more.
Support launches of new products and releases for internal and external markets; keep informed of competitor activities and customer requirements.
Collaboration
Build and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders to coordinate strategic communications that meet business goals.
Regularly drive meetings with global stakeholders across Field Marketing, Digital, Sales Development, Communications, Customer Marketing, Content and Design to ensure asset delivery and progress.
Engage with the VP of Strategic Marketing and other marketing managers to build a center of excellence, share best practices, leverage marketing technology, and develop key skills.
Contribute ideas for new programs through research of innovative branding techniques.
Assist the VP of Strategic Marketing in implementing corporate strategic marketing roadmaps.
Planning, Budgeting and Reporting
Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the communications and marketing program; monitor progress and evaluate performance.
Establish goals and KPIs for campaigns and tie results back to revenue impact.
Allocate a marketing budget and resources to different channels based on performance metrics.
Track and report results across the buyer’s journey and analyze dashboards to identify opportunities for optimization and engagement.
Your Skills And Expertise To ensure success from day one, the following qualifications are required at a minimum:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business administration from an accredited institution
Minimum six years of experience in marketing or related field
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign)
Project management experience in a cross-functional environment; ability to drive projects, prioritize tasks, manage multiple obligations, and meet deadlines
Problem-solving and organization; ability to assimilate information into coherent outcomes
Technical aptitude with ability to translate complex topics into clear benefits
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience in creating, composing, writing, and editing materials
Business acumen and understanding of how the role fits into broader goals
Strong design sense and ability to maintain brand standards

Compensation The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $92,000 to $153,000. Actual salaries vary based on location, experience, and performance. The role is eligible for an annual incentive plan tied to company performance.
