Remote Sales Support Executive (SSE)

to help schedule appointments for our growing network of franchisees. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, competitive sales professional with a background in B2B telemarketing and appointment setting. As an SSE, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients—responsible for managing leads, conducting prospect research, identifying key decision-makers, and scheduling appointments during structured phone blocks. Your goal is to help our franchisees grow by securing qualified opportunities for them to present our services. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling : Place outbound calls to businesses from provided contact lists to schedule qualified appointments for franchisees. Sales Pitch Delivery : Deliver compelling, scripted sales presentations that communicate the value of our services. Lead Tracking : Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and follow-ups to ensure effective pipeline management. Manage Communication with Franchisees : Coordinate with franchisees to align appointment schedules and confirm target territories. Manage Territory Research : Collaborate with franchisees to understand their target markets and growth goals. Prospect Research : Use internal databases and tools to identify key decision-makers and their contact information. Customer Engagement : Answer initial questions and provide relevant information to support decision-making. Appointment Scheduling : Secure appointments for franchisees to meet with prospects onsite at the customer’s location. Script & Compliance Adherence : Follow call scripts and maintain compliance with regulations. Needs Analysis : Quickly assess and understand customer needs and present value-aligned solutions using persuasive communication skills. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales and telemarketing experience Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and tracking KPIs Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Highly competitive, motivated, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic Articulate with strong active listening and interpersonal skills College Degree Preferred (High school diploma or equivalent required) Residing in Central Florida is preferred (but not required) Experience using research tools to find customer contact information Compensation: $50,000 annually + Monthly performance bonuses uncapped (estimated ranging from $10,000 to $57,000 annually) Full time position Paid time off Paid holidays Company paid life and disability insurance 401K with company match Great working environment (energetic, fun, friendly, casual, and collaborative) Growth opportunities Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health savings account Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
