Overview

Looking to take the dive into a sales career in an industry where you do not have to sit in an office all day, cold-calling potential customers. This full-time, face-to-face, residential D2D outside sales position offers base pay and an uncapped commission structure. You will partner with our exciting client, WeLink Communications, as part of Sales Focus Inc., a sales outsourcing pioneer. We are hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative who will drive sales growth outside the typical office environment through direct interaction with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting relevant products, services, or solutions. Responsibilities

Providing customer service: respond to customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction Communicating with customers: educate potential customers to better understand the services WeLink can provide to homeowners Identifying prospects: travel within an assigned territory to acquire new customers, capture relevant customer information, and input into a CRM Drive growth and sales: meet and exceed monthly sales goals to earn uncapped commission Benefits

Base pay plus commission Annual earnings potential of $60K – $90K 10 paid holidays 2 weeks of PTO Health, dental, and vision plans 401K (after 1 year) Qualifications
