Support various processes including sales floor, fitting room, and checkout
Required (Qualifications)
Successful completion of job readiness training at one of Gap Inc’s nonprofit partners
Effective communication skills and ability to engage with customers and team
Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Professional handling of customer interactions and concerns
Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a retail environment or customer service role
Familiarity with technology and omni-channel retail practices
Strong interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships
