Acknowledge and assist customers while locating merchandise efficiently
Offer style and outfit suggestions utilizing mannequins and displays
Promote loyalty programs and educate customers about benefits
Leverage omni-channel offerings to ensure a seamless customer experience
Support various processes on the sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house as required
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must have successfully completed job readiness training at one of the employer’s nonprofit partners
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and team members
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally
Capacity to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in retail or customer service environments
Familiarity with technology and its application in customer engagement
