We’re partnering with a leading financial services company to find a talented
Senior UX/UI Product Designer (Consumer & Agent Digital Experiences) . This 4-6 mos contract role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to major digital initiatives supporting consumer-facing and agent platforms.
Hybrid opportunity- must go into the NYC office once a week. Hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. Senior UX/UI Product Designer (Consumer & Agent Digital Experiences) Responsibilities: Lead the design of user interfaces and customer journeys for digital platforms targeting consumers and agents. Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs to support complex financial decision-making. Create intuitive chatbot interactions, designing conversation flows, intent mappings, and fallback strategies. Translate regulatory content into clear, accessible interactive experiences while adhering to compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, legal, and compliance to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and aligned with system requirements. Senior UX/UI Product Designer (Consumer & Agent Digital Experiences) Qualifications: Proven experience in conceptual, interaction, and systems design for digital products. Strong skills in creating customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, and conversation maps. High-fidelity UI design expertise with a focus on accessibility standards and communication. Ability to balance brand identity with ADA and platform constraints effectively. Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and designing within CMS or enterprise systems, with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
