Provide day-to-day customer service for mid-level commercial accounts Collaborate with producers and account executives to ensure seamless client experiences Handle renewal business processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving Support the commercial team in achieving organizational goals and delivering high-quality service Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role within the commercial lines insurance industry Proven ability to manage mid-level commercial accounts effectively Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in relevant software tools (specific software experience preferred but not required) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
